Maxcess, a manufacturer of products and services for the web handling industry, acquired Fives North American Guiding on January 30. Headquartered in Cleveland, OH, Fives North American Guiding will integrate with Fife Guiding Systems, under the Bertram Capital-owned Maxcess International.
 
“Today we are excited to combine the strengths of Fives North American Guiding and its talented sales and engineering teams with our Fife Guiding Systems family,” says Greg Jehlik, CEO of Maxcess. “This strategic integration will provide Maxcess with market penetration in the Metals and Tire and Rubber markets, where we see a vast opportunity for growth.”
 
The combined entity of Fife and Fives North American Guiding will begin taking orders and providing service and support for both product lines immediately.
